Combining slow strokes and deeper pressure, to release the tension and tightness held deeply in your muscles and connective tissues. We combine facial release techniques, massage gun and hot stones, which will focus on your primary areas of discomfort.
STRESS FIX BODY MASSAGE
Clinically proven to reduce feelings of stress, the Stress Fix organic aroma with lavender, lavindin and clary sage is incorporated throughout this massage. Swedish and deep tissue massage with foot reflexology and acupressure points will calm and rejuvenate you.
HOT STONE ABDOMINAL MASSAGE (30 mins)
Our natural alternative to a colonic helps to eleminate toxins and relieve symptoms of IBS and bloating. Incorporating a reflex foot massage to stimulate the digestive system and the combination of hot stones and gentle massage to calm and detoxify, will leave you comfortable and rejuvenated with a flatter, happier tummy.
HYDRATHERM MASSAGE FOR PREGNANCY(60 & 90 mins)

Designed for maximum comfort, the Hydratherm system helps to relieve many of the mental and physical stresses unique to the expectant mother. As you are cradled by warm water filled cushions, your therapist reaches deeply stressed areas without turning you over. Many women find they connect with their baby on a whole new level as they 'float' on this warm bed.
AQUA BODY POLISH
Utilising Aveda's Aqua Salt exfoliation formula, this spa experience exfoliates and moisturises the skin, leaving it feeling ultra soft and smooth, ending in a relaxing full body massage.

Reflexology is a holistic approach to wellbeing.
